Explain the proposed solution
Describe the issue the recommendation addresses, how the solution would fit your process, and the intended improvement. Connect the proposed work to what we learned about your business.
03 / Propose
A proposal turns the consultation and engineering review into a decision you can understand: what we recommend, why it addresses the issue, and what proceeding together would involve.
Our approach01 / The ideal & why it matters
A promising idea is only a starting point. People can agree that a process needs improvement while imagining very different solutions. Defining the work gives everyone a common reference before time and resources are committed.
We believe a proposal should support an informed decision. Plain language, clear boundaries, and an explanation of the recommendation make it easier to ask useful questions, refine expectations, and decide whether the proposed work is right for your business.
02 / What to expect
Describe the issue the recommendation addresses, how the solution would fit your process, and the intended improvement. Connect the proposed work to what we learned about your business.
Set out the work involved and its boundaries: the people and systems it touches, what is included, and what falls outside the proposed implementation. Discuss assumptions and responsibilities that need agreement.
Review the next steps and the decisions needed before a build begins. Agree on implementation scope and pricing, and discuss timing and dependencies before proceeding.
03 / The benefits
Assess a recommendation in terms of your business need and the work it would involve.
Give the engagement clear boundaries and a basis for discussing changes if new needs emerge.
Use the agreed requirements as the reference for checking the work during implementation.
04 / Moving forward
Take the opportunity to ask questions, discuss the recommendation with the people involved, and clarify anything that would affect your decision. The proposal is a point for conversation and agreement; implementation begins once the work is agreed.
The initial consultation is $58 for 45 minutes. Software implementation is a separate engagement, with scope and pricing agreed before the work begins. If you are at the beginning, start by telling us about the process you want to improve.
